We strongly recommend checking your size and measurements before making your purchase but if your item arrives and it's still not quite the right size you can send it back for one complimentary exchange.

WRONG SIZE OR COLOUR?

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchasing. Simply lodge a return by emailing online@fxrracing.co.nz and we'll be in touch. All approved exchanges will receive a store credit to the value of the purchase. You are then free to use the store credit online to order the correct size/colour.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

We will happily exchange your item for a store credit if you have changed your mind. Change of mind returns must be made within 7 days of purchasing and gear must be returned with all tags & bags with no damage or signs of use.

FAULTY ITEM?

In the unlikely event you have received a faulty item an exchange or full refund will be provided. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. Requests made outside the 7 day period will be accepted at discretion and are not guaranteed. Simply lodge a return by contacting online@fxrracing.co.nz and select the appropriate options to request a full refund or exchange (images of faults must be included)

SALE, BUNDLE & OUTLET ITEMS

Sale, bundle and outlet items cannot be returned or exchanged so please choose carefully when buying on sale, in a bundle deal or in our outlet store.
